Instead of simply piling on toppings, we’re bringing the essence of a Bloody Mary *inside* the burger. The secret lies in infusing the patty itself with key cocktail ingredients, then elevating it further with a generous slathering of our homemade Bloody Mary Aïoli. Bloody Mary Burger with Bloody Mary Aïoli
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 Tablespoon minced onion
- 1/8 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tablespoon seasoned bread crumbs
- 1 teaspoon parsley
- 2 Tablespoon Bloody Mary mix I use Zing Zang
- sprinkle of cayenne pepper
- salt & pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 1/2 teaspoon celery seed
- 1 clove minced garlic
- sprinkle of cayenne pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon parsley
- 1 Tablespoon bloody Mary mix
- 1 teaspoon vodka
- 5 drops of Worcestershire sauce
- 3 drops of Tabasco sauce
- sliced tomatoes and hamburger buns or serving
Instructions

For the Burgers: In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, minced onion, 1/8 teaspoon Tabasco sauce, 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce, seasoned bread crumbs, 1 teaspoon parsley, 2 tablespoons Bloody Mary mix, a sprinkle of cayenne pepper, and salt & pepper to taste. Mix thoroughly but gently to combine all ingredients without overworking the meat. Form the mixture into 4 equally sized patties.

For the Bloody Mary Aïoli: In a separate bowl, combine the mayo, celery seed, minced garlic, a sprinkle of cayenne pepper, 1/2 teaspoon parsley, 1 tablespoon Bloody Mary mix, 1 teaspoon vodka, 5 drops of Worcestershire sauce, and 3 drops of Tabasco sauce. Use an immersion blender (or a standard blender/food processor) to combine until the aïoli is completely smooth and creamy. Cover and refrigerate until you are ready to assemble and serve the burgers.

Grilling the Burgers: Preheat your grill to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Place the formed patties directly on the grill grates. Grill for approximately 9 minutes on the first side. Flip the burgers and continue grilling for another 8-9 minutes, or until the internal temperature of the patties reaches 160 degrees F (71 degrees C). This ensures they are cooked through and safe to eat.
