- 1 cup slivered almonds
- 1 cup pepitas (pumpkin seeds, lightly salted preferred)
- 1/2 cup diced dried tart cherries
- 1 Tablespoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions

Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C) and line a large cookie sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
